“Poor drainage system - water would not go down in the toilet or sink. No hair dryer in the room. Flooring was in bad need of repairs.”

“The promises they made online were not so when I got there the washing machine for the laundry facilities was not operating. The vending machines did not work the pool was not clean the breakfast that was promised never was served and it took almost 2 hours to get checked in because they kept giving me keys to rooms that other people were already in or that did not open the door.”

“Perfect location close to the coliseum. room was clean with all basic necessities. There was a line and checkin took longer than expected making us late for our show. But check out was easy. Would stay again.”

“This place (the White House) is a wonderful place to stay in Biloxi, right off the water. Room was clean , spacious and quite comfortable. The housekeeping staff kept a pleasant atmosphere and was always polite and near by. I also liked the piano melodies on the night of check in. ( very welcoming).”

My Fam from the UK came to visit us in Florida and we decided to Book 2nights in Biloxi and stayed at the Hyatt Hotel, Check in was a nightmare, the Guy at the front had attitude when I asked for more towels and 2 more blankets since we were 5 in a room we booked for which didn’t have enough towels and Blankets, he gave us a blanket with huge holes in it and said there were NO More and I asked for a few more packets of...

“Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and was the perfect size for my husband and I and our dog. Had a sleeper sofa and king size bed. Everything worked in our room.”

“Didn't seem to cool room quick enough the room we stayed in the floor was uneven to the point the drywall was cracked the door frame was pulling off and the tile was cracked the floor looks to be falling in reported it to maintenance”

“Room showed age (mildew starting in the shower are, vent caked with dust). After the first day of a 4 day stay we chose to eat breakfast elsewhere. Food not a decent temperatures (cold eggs and gravy and warm seperating yogurt).”
