Upon checkout, he remembered that I had said I didn't have an appetite for breakfast, so he packed a to-go bag for me with a few snacks so I would not be hungry later. They made sure to explain all amenities and hours for breakfast etc. as well as making sure we understood that housekeeping only happened every other day for a “refresh” unless we wanted to schedule a full cleaning. “We liked the coziness of the lobby and the availability of coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24/7. The room is very modern and clean with updated bathroom and walk-in shower. No towel hooks on the bathroom walls, however which made it awkward. Our biggest disappointment was the dining room being closed for cleaning during breakfast hours.”
