“Great place to stay?”

“Our room was showing some age. The curtains were ripped and the bathroom door rubbed the floor at a certain point. This door also showed some rust at the bottom.”

“My son and I had the best stay here. Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful, especially Luis the supervisor. The room, pool and lobby were all incredibly clean. The beds were very comfy and the room was so quiet and well thought out with every convenience imaginable, like disposal, dishwasher, dish soap, pots and pans, etc.. The breakfast had some little upgrades like providing soy milk and plain yogurt in addition to cows milk and flavored yogurt. It seemed like they were trying to...

“The staff at this property were amazing, specifically Jay. There was a slight housekeeping issue when I checked in and he made sure it was taken car of promptly. Upon checkout, he remembered that I had said I didn't have an appetite for breakfast, so he packed a to-go bag for me with a few snacks so I would not be hungry later. It is this kind of attention and thoughtfulness that creates memorable experiences. Thank you, Jay, for making a huge difference in my day!”

“People were helpful and the room was nice, but it seemed like nothing was open. The property is pretty big, but it seemed desolate the majority of the time. The area to eat/drink didn’t have the best hours. It would have been nice to be able to head down at night to have a small bite to eat or a cocktail.”
