"Front desk and breakfast staff were awesome, friendly and helpful. Enjoyed most everything about our stay, had very nice breakfast. Only exception was the HVAC in the room. Walked into room with smell of strong air freshener spray to mask musty smell of AC."

"The people all were great and for the most part the hotel is fine, however the room required maintenance. Burned out light bulb in a lamp in the main room, which isn't too bad, but the bathroom needed some maintenance. The shower drain was clogged, the shower head was broken and would not hold itself ..."

"Great area to stay on Amelia Island. Beach is across the street with easy walking access. Great food, ice cream, coffee, and loaded teas all within walking distance. Most of all staff was very helpful and pleasant 😊"
