“Lovely old building with lots of charm, has a beautiful courtyard to have a drink in. Room had lovely view of the courtyard. Really good breakfast in the morning with very friendly staff. Room nice and clean with beams in ceiling, with lots of character! Only downside is they don’t do food at lunch or dinner time, but found a lovely Italians round the corner (cheikhos) and really good value, as was the coaching house!”

“Visiting family. Super friendly front desk. Simple and adequate breakfast buffet. Room is simple, functional and air conditioned. Which matters when it’s 32C outside! Loved my stay, been 15 years since my last stay here and if anything it was better this time. Good one night spot if you need to visit Rugby”

“Check-in and check-out were very smooth. The room was spotless and the amenities were excellent, including the well-stocked small fridge with food and snacks. The weather was exceptionally cold during our stay, and unfortunately the small heater wasn’t quite enough to keep the room comfortably warm.”

“The bed was very comfortable, my room did not face the main road so was nice and quiet. The room was basic but ok for a short stay; the TV worked, there was some storage space and the shower was hot if needed. There was no kettle etc and it would have been nice to have a fan at least because it was incredibly hot in the room (I stayed when temperatures were above 25 degrees).”

“For the price we paid the hotel was absolutely fine. Lovely leisure facilities, nice biscuits with the tea and coffee tray. Lift’s available. Bar and restaurant and food were good. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Sadly it’s all a bit tired. Cracks in plaster around the building, dark decor just in need of TLC but as I said before, this was reflected in a very good price. I would definitely book here again.”

“I booked a one night stay at the Dakota as a stop on a way back home in Scotland from France. This was a good accommodation with everything that travelers could require for an one night stay. Room presented to be clean, beds comfortable, towels ready to be used and shower clean too. The only issue I had experienced was with the doors, which presented to be not sound proof, and people leaving other apartments late at night could be heard in the room me and my family occupied.”

“Ero già stata in questo hotel nell'estate di due anni fa e l'ho scelto di nuovo perchè mi ero trovata molto bene, soprattutto per il confort e la grandezza della camera. Questa volta , invece, non ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative. Camera piccola, un po' fatiscente con un impianto di riscaldamento guasto perchè per tutte e tre le notti che vi ho soggiornato ho sofferto fortrmente il caldo, pur essendoci 10 gradi esterni.
