“La atención al cliente es perfecta, pero la playa que tienen privada estaba muy desordenada, como sugerencia y sobretodo para los niños y personas mayores deberían recoger las algas que deja el mar en la playa, por lo menos hacer un camino para pasar. Y no hay una rampa para bajar sillas de ruedas o carritos de playa. Gracias por la atención.”

The room sizes are big, and it is directly on the beach. The elevator has no air conditioning. The lobby has a very peculiar smell and with possible animal. “I stayed this recent weekend for my son’s 5th birthday and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We had an oceanfront room, there’s a separate living room area from the bedroom and 2 bathrooms it was just what I wanted. From the direct beach access from the hotel, and 2 complementary drinks each night it was amazing. We also had 2 chairs for the day at the beach, and towels included. You can rent an umbrella for your chairs for $15 which isn’t too bad if you plan to be out there all day. We also...
