“1. The initial room provided did not have a microwave. After I pointed this out, I was given a different room, but I had to move all of my belongings again, which was inconvenient. 2. Breakfast: Every morning, the coffee and cookies run out by around 7:30 AM and are never refilled. 3. On one morning, my room key stopped working.
