Cowan Cozy Cottage

Nuovissimo cottage immerso tra gli alberi offre tutti i comfort di casa tua in mezzo al paradiso. Situato con accesso diretto al Lago Cowan, questo cottage è anche a pochi passi dalla principale spiaggia sud, sentieri escursionistici, grandi buche da pesca e numerosi padiglioni da picnic. Per quanto riguarda le attività locali, il Cowan Sailing Club, il Cowan State Park e il World Equestrian Center si trovano tutti a meno di 5 minuti in auto.

Questo cottage può ospitare 6 persone comodamente con 1 letto matrimoniale situato in una camera da letto privata, letto Queen Murphy situato nella grande sala oltre a un soppalco a cui si accede da una scala a un letto matrimoniale. Tutti i comfort di casa si trovano qui con ampia cabina doccia in piastrelle di ceramica, cucina full size con banconi in granito, elettrodomestici full size, zona pranzo per 6-8 persone, lavatrice / asciugatrice in loco. WIFI e servizio di streaming forniti.

All'esterno dispone di un grande ponte 12 'x 24' di fronte al lago, ampio patio laterale fuori dalla camera da letto principale, pozzo del fuoco, grill all'aperto e, naturalmente, la natura da vicino e personale.

This is our second year in a row of renting the Cozy Cottage. It’s a wonderful location to get away from it all while still close to plenty of Cowan Lake trails and Caesar’s Creek activities for the kids. We loved being to bring our dog and find all the amenities to feel like we were glamping. :)

Perfect lodging for us and our dogs. Location was convenient for our dog event at the Roberts Center. And to top it all off, we got to see the northern lights one night! Highly recommend!!!

We were so impressed by how nice this place is. It is comfortable, well maintained and beautiful. The scenery is great and the fireflies put on a great show every night. We had a great time staying there while attending a dog show at the Robert's Center. The location was very convenient.

I loved my stay at this cottage! The peaceful, quiet setting was a welcomed respite from the daily chaos of a dog show at the Roberts Centre in Wilmington. The drive was very easy and sometimes I went back & forth several times daily. The cottage was larger than I expected, and very comfortable. I greatly appreciated that the owners permitted my two dogs. I hope future renters with pets continue to respect this property so the owner will continue to allow dogs. Thank you!!

Cabin has everything needed to relax, fire pit, outdoor dining with chairs, comfortable bedding, & wide open space inside to relax. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook what we wanted. Second stay and will return.

Stayed at the cabin for 6 nights while in town for work. Thank goodness all of the hotels were full because I never would’ve found this gem. I needed peace and quiet to rest and study and that’s exactly what this cabin provided. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything I needed (including an electric kettle!) Communication with Tom was super fast and helpful. Couldn’t ask for more!

Cottage was perfect for us. Clean, and secluded. My only disappointment was that we couldnt walk to the water but was a short ride away. Had family over Saturday and was a great time.

We had great time hiking around the Cowan lake, Cesar Creek Park, and Yellow Springs. House was great. Very comfortable beds. Had everything we needed.

For a writer looking to getaway and get some work done, I couldn't have asked for a more quiet, peaceful, and serene location. The proximity to the lake was ideal and the cottage itself was beyond comfortable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended.

A smaller group stayed here a wedding at the Ren fair, which was a convient 20 minute drive. There were 3 total beds that worked well for us. Tom was easy to talk with and super accommodating towards us.

My wife and I went here for a little get away. The cottage is tucked into the woods and is nice and quiet if your looking for a place to just relax this is the place. Everything that you you need is available to you here has a nicely stock kitchen and all the furniture in the house is great quality. We spent the evening sitting by the fire pit in the back yard and you don’t hear any noise except birds.

We stayed 4 days and enjoyed lounging around and fishing at nearby lake Cowan. Very comfortable and cool. Would visit again. Wilmington was only about 15 minutes away with restaurants and kroger for anything you may have forgotten. Be sure to visit Laney Cakes Bakery on friday and saturday since the close every other day, they had amazing foods. Quiet area, had no neighbors in other cabins that we knew or heard of. The back windows face the woods and are angled away from neighboring lots so privacy is good.
