Inside, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchenette with a 2-burner cooktop (no oven), kitchen sink, apartment-size refrigerator, microwave, live-edge wood bar, and a coffee pot/Keurig—everything you need to prepare a delicious meal.

The space includes a luxurious king-size bed, great Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower (no tub).

The guest house is accessed by stairs and is located behind our private home. While we live on the property, we give our guests complete privacy and you’ll likely enjoy your stay without seeing us at all.

We do have a few cats on our property, you may see them. King George is our famous cat, he loves to visit and make out with our guests. If you don't see him, just call his name a few times and he may decide to come and say Hello!

Tucked into the tranquil countryside of Southern Ohio, Meadowview is designed for couples who crave connection, privacy, and a touch of indulgence. These adults-only hot tub getaways are where comfort meets romance—with nature as your backdrop and relaxation as your priority.

Please note: stairs are required to access the guesthouse.

FYI: We have farm cats on the property. They are nosy! You will probably meet the Famous orange cat, his name is King George!
