BENVENUTO PER PROFONDO LODGE DI MONTAGNA! Questa casa di tronchi all'avanguardia è stata completamente rinnovata nel 2019. Situata su oltre 10 acri di boschi boscosi, questa casa dispone di un ampio cortile con pozzo del fuoco che è perfetto per cene e riunioni, un delizioso portico schermato e un percorso privato a piedi fino al proprio molo sul Deering Lake, uno dei più puliti del New Hampshire laghi.

Ideale per affitti di una o due famiglie, questa casa può ospitare 8+ persone. Goditi kayak, canoa, nuoto, pesca, escursioni e molto altro. Porta la tua barca o usa il nostro piccolo runabout! A pochi minuti da golf, sci, sentieri, siti storici e ottimi ristoranti e pub. A meno di un'ora dal confine con il Massachusetts, Deep Mountain Lodge offre un'esperienza di vacanza molto ricca senza il pendolarismo o gli ingorghi della regione dei laghi. Disponibile per affitti settimanali a partire da agosto 2019.

Great 4th of July getaway!

Our family had a great 6 day stay! Arrived to a surprise of some breakfast essentials, chocolate chip cookies, and beverages. House was immaculate and stocked with every essential we could have possibly needed. Our first night we noticed the grill wasn’t in good shape and we were apprehensive to use it. I contacted Tom, he answered immediately and within an hour he pulled up with a brand new grill for us. What a great host !We enjoyed days in the water, kayaking, fishing (caught and released a ton of fish) and swimming. Nights by the fire and the large screened in porch was bonus to hang and play games. Even caught 2 nights of fireworks displays from neighbors on the lake for 4th of July. Great place! Great host! Great vacation!

3 days at the cabin

We had a nice stay in this beautiful cabin. The hosts were extremely receptive and responded to all my questions. The house was beautiful and they left us some treats in the fridge! Thank you!! We brought our dogs so we were looking for a private place where we could let them off leash and not bother anyone else! It was nice to have access to the lake! We brought our tubes down and the dogs and jumped off the dock. I do wish we had a beach area but that’s ok! It was clearly stated we had a dock! Not much to do around the Deering area but if you’re looking for quiet and private this is your place! The house is absolutely beautiful! We loved the screened in porch and had a fire in the evenings around the firepit! It was a great opportunity to escape the grind and relax with my family! A plus I got to include our dogs!

Beautiful Property with a lot of charm!

My friends and I meet up every year for our college reunion, and this place was hands down the best we’ve stayed at! The log home was cozy, spacious, and had everything we needed for a perfect weekend. The walk to the lake was beautiful and peaceful — exactly what we were looking for. Great time

Wonderful Log House in the woods of NH.Immaculately clean, air-conditioned throughout the house. It has everything you need. The hosts were very helpful and easy to communicate with. The lake is beautiful, quiet, with clear water perfect for swimming, and access to the water is easy via a nice and sturdy aluminum dock. We would like to mention a somewhat surprising sight that we encountered when we walked into the house. On the kitchen table, we found a large vase filled with fruits and a plate of fresh muffins and cookies. Additionally, the refrigerator was stocked with provisions, including a bottle of Prosecco and a case of local New Hampshire beer.What a treat!!! Do not bring any kitchenware with you. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you will need. One thing that needs an upgrade is the grill outside. The heat reflectors are all burned through, making it difficult to control the heat. The house is deep in the woods, so watch out for mosquitoes!Our family (five adults and a three-year-old child) loved the four nights we spent in that place during the hot summer days in NH, and we recommend it without any reservations.

Memorial weekend getaway

The property was great! Very clean and had everything we needed to cook meals and just relax. Lake was nice but it was a little chilly over the weekend. The hosts left some muffins, cookies, fruit and some beverages which was we though was a nice touch.

Cabin in the New Hampshire Woods

We loved our stay at this property. Cabin was perfect for us. Kitchen was fabulous, air conditioning in each room, so comfortable. Outdoor area with fire pit and picnic tables was great. Host was super responsive to our needs.

Beautiful house with Lake access .

Wonderful 3 night stay in this beautiful log home. Access to the lake, dock and kayaks was a bonus. We had a blast on the lake and did a good amount of fishing. We will definitely be back!

Quiet get-away

This property is tucked in woods in a very quiet neighborhood. It is heavily wooded (more-so than the pictures really indicate so there is not much sunlight that makes its way the house and the bedrooms are a little dark as a result). The house was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed for meals. Communication with the property manager was easy and prompt and they even left some very nice welcome treats. The grill has seen better days as have the stairs leading up to the property which may be a little tricky to maneuver for older visitors- but that didn't hinder our enjoyment of our time there. The access to lake was very nice - our daughter (and our dog) enjoyed swimming to the floating dock and we really enjoyed kayaking around the lake and exploring some of the local trails. Overall a nice get-away!

NH Vacation

The log cabin was very nice and clean. The hosts were so kind and provided some groceries and snacks to start off with. The lake which was down two paths from the house was beautiful.! We had a great time!

Wonderful get away

Our stay was great from the time we arrived to the time we left. The house was clean with everything you will need. The hosts left goodies in the fridge. Short drive to center, Shaws and hardware. The property was private and quiet. Short walk to lake. The path is a bit steep for some.

Great fishing!

My husband and boys absolutely loved the bass fishing on this lake. The neighbors were super friendly and let us plug in our boat for the week so we didn’t have to use portable power for the trolling motor.

Family get away

Lovely log cabin home in the woods, with a quick little walk to the lake to our own dock. We loved having use of kayaks and swimming out to the floating dock. Loved the loons.

Delightful Stay in Deering

The cabin was absolutely gorgeous and well equipped! My adult children loved playing in the lake, and I had a great time cooking for all. The goodies left in the fridge were a really nice touch. We’d love to come again, if our schedules all can accommodate another visit!

Great experience for everyone

It is a very nice and cozy cabin house near a lake. Plenty of skiing and hiking options closely. The house looks newly renovated and clean. Love the open living area with a gas fireplace. Well equipped kitchen and laundry room. The communication with the property manager was easy and timely. Got complimentary snacks, fruits, and drinks waiting for us upon arrival, were also offered early check-in and late check-out. Had a path walking down to a private dock on the lake, which was frozen now. But should be very nice in the summer for swimming and kayaking. Awesome stay overall!

Great lake... great stay!

We had a wonderful time at Deep Mountain Lodge. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a great week at the lake. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to cook all of our meals with ease. The area is beautiful and we enjoyed exploring Deering Reservoir. The water is perfect for swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, etc. My husband was able to launch his small sunfish sailboat at the public boat launch and dock it right by the house. At night we enjoyed the campfire on the property. We had a memorable week!

Lovely stay

We had a wonderful week at the camp! It was private and quiet with access to the water which was lovely. The walkway to the water is steep but once there a beautiful spot to spend time swimming and fishing. Host was very responsive and there were sweet welcoming gifts upon arrival. Thanks so much!

Beautiful lake lodge for summer fun

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Tom and Patty’s lodge. The place was super clean, well appointed, and truly as described. Deering Lake is beautiful. We enjoyed boating (we towed our boat) and paddling and the swim platform was the best. My three teens loved every moment and every bit of the lake. The breakfast goodies were a lovely surprise especially since we arrived too late to go to the store so it was wonderful to be able to make breakfast in the morning! Grocery store and some really good restaurants are about a 10 minute drive away. Thank you Tom, Pat, and Lisa for a memorable stay!!!

Relaxing weekend getaway

Despite raining for much of our weekend here, we had a great time. If weather allows, the amenities provided by this property are incredibly good value! Kayaks, lifejackets, beach towels are all provided. The lake is clean and getting out on the kayaks from the private dock was really fun. The house itself was super clean and comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook during our stay, including the BBQ outside. Every room had its own AC control, which is so convenient, especially when you have a big group with different temperature preferences. Only feedback I would leave for the owners is that the upstairs shower curtain is too short and allowed too much leakage. Overall, this place is amazing and very well managed! I highly recommend it to any group or family looking for a getaway in NH!
