“We had an exceptional check in experience with Emily. She was cheerful, knowledgeable and helpful. She explained everything we needed to know. Our room was clean and comfortable. There were 2 pull down shades, one still let light in but provided privacy. The other was a blackout type and it was great! I need it really dark in the early hours of morning and this was perfect. “I gave a rating of "excellent", mostly because of the wonderful front desk reception, when I arrived. I didn't have an opportunity to eat breakfast, because I was extremely jet-lagged from my flight from Central Asia. I was sleeping, instead of taking breakfast. My room was clean and comfortable and there were no noisy neighbors, so I was happy. I have stayed here before and I will stay here again at the end of my trip back to Central Asia.”
