I did the pre-check in but they still did not have my paper work printed and still had to show my ID and credit card. Check in took longer than it should have. Then the pool was freezing cold. We got back to our room to turn on the TV but it did not work. Called the front desk, they could not get ...

Great house! The most well stocked place we have ever stayed. All of the cabinets were labeled well, so it was easy to find items. Very convenient for college events.Only downside was 1 bath, but we knew that when we reserved the house :) Would definitely book again!
