“The moment I checked in at 3pm, I was greeted professionally by a female staff member. A heads up, parking is currently $7/day and $20 is taken from your card. Once you check out you get reimbursed the money unless you buy something from their store in the lobby. For example I stayed one day so I was reimbursed $17 back into my account once checked out. My children and I had an amazing stay. The rooms were very clean. I had a microwave, sink, and fridge in my room. In addition I had a west elm...

“My room was clean, the staff was really nice, and you have to check out the Common man restaurant downstairs! The gym is also minimal but nice. Everything you need for vacation workouts.”

“We were coming from Canada and the front desk clerk would not give us our reserved room because our passports did not contain visa stamps. The clerk would not accept that Canadians travel visa free to the US. When we asked for the written policy he said it’s on the website. When we saw that it isn’t he said it was given to him verbally by management. Looks like he was making it up as he went. After 15 minutes of arguing, the riled up clerk finally checked us in. ”

“In reception non informano del fatto che una tassa addizionale, chiamata destination fee, verrà aggiunta alla fine: lo si scopre solo se si spulcia nella custodia che mi hanno dato al check in. Inoltre 40 dollari a notte per il parcheggio sono tanti. La risposta dell'hotel è stata che, per essere competitivi com gli altri hotel hanno ridotto il prezzo del pernottamento e spostato il costo in un voce nascosta.”

“The staff was awesome. They only had one working elevator and at the end the 3rd floor was not even able to use it. So staying for 8 days we had a lot of stuff and not having an elevator was not a joy. Thank goodness we are young enough to handle all the stairs. They need help taking care of the hallways and stairs area. That was dirty. I accidentally left $100’s of groceries and my collagen in a Hannafords bag in the fridge. I called back at 5:30-5:45 looking for it. They threw me it all...

“Front desk staff excellent. Room great and service at restaurant excellent as well. The only bad thing was the gorgeous view out the window overlooking the golf 😂. Would recommend over and over.”
