“The staff was accommodating and welcoming. They accommodated our request for early check-in. Special shout out to Kusal!
Kusal was professional and made us feel welcomed. The breakfast was great… gave us all the options to get our day of adventures started off correctly.
The cleaning crew was attentive and helpful in cleaning up my sheets after spilling coffee not once but twice.
Many options for TV viewing including Netflix’s. Walls were thick and slept very comfortably, never hearing noise...

“I was up here for a wedding and had never been to Poulsbo. Was planning to stay only one night. Since I was going to see a lot of family hadn't seen in awhile, I decided to add a day. I called the office and the friendly, upbeat woman I spoke with got me the same room for both days. “We had an amazing stay! My friend got a migraine during our trip, and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. They extended our stay and helped us in every way they could, which we really appreciated.
They also have lockers where you can leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out, making it very convenient to explore the city. There are water fountains available, the breakfast was good, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful.

“Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. It was also humid to the point where it smelled like wet feet. Odd smell for sure will definitely not be returning. Reception art check in...
