  • Beautiful 1 bd, 1 bth condo is located right in the heart of Hilo with gorgeous views of treetops and sparkling blue waters. For the ultimate East side of Hawaii experience this is it. Far exceeds any Hilo Hotel.

    Please note: Pool Closure Notice - The building’s pool is currently closed for resurfacing and is expected to reopen on December 12, 2026. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

    Brand new vacation rental, previously long term! This condo overlooks Wailoa River State Park and you have breath taking views of the water from the living room, kitchen and bedrooms.

    You will have everything you would need for a short trip or a longer extended stay. This is the perfect home base for your Hawaii island exploration. Comfortably sleeps 3 guests (King bed in bedroom and couch futon bed in living room).

    The condo has a flatscreen smart TV and cable in the living room and smart TV with cable in the bedroom, WiFi, Air conditioned throughout, coin operated washer and dryer on the floor, a communal pool, parking for 1 vehicle, and the building has 24/7 security. Contactless check in.

    Bedroom - Brand new king bed with adjustable height base with brand new quality linens, dresser, TV, ensuite bathroom with tub shower combo, A/C, lanai and closet.

    Living room - Futon couch bed, TV, dining room table and chairs.

    Beach gear includes 2 beach towels.

We very much appreciated the air conditioning and the great kitchen which had everything you would ever need. We wanted something where we could walk to town. It was convenient and we got the exercise we wanted. The patio looks out on the lagoon and beautiful park.The unit was clean. We used the laundry facilities. It was a great week for us.

Merrie Monarch Adventure

This location was perfect for our visit to the Merrie Monarch Festival. Quick ride to the Festival grounds, walked to see the Royal Parade, great neighborhood for food and groceries. Could walk or drive to Downtown Hilo. Highly recommend this condo and its pleasant owners.

This was one of the best maintained VRBOs that we have rented. Many of the furnishings and appliances were older but everything was clean and well maintained and in good working order. Having the large green space adjacent to the building was a pleasant amenity. Our family enjoyed several morning and evening walks through the park and chatting with the locals fishing in the waterway. Having parking included was very convenient.
