Nestled in Hilton directly on the water, this delightful simple house offers a comfortable stay for guests. With 3 bedrooms including 1 king bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, a cozy living room, kitchen with appliances, one bathroom on first floor, this welcoming property ensures an enjoyable experience. Kickback, relax, and enjoy the peace and quiet of a dead end street with a sandy beach to access. Stunning nature in a simple cottage setting. Lake living and bugs/spiders are part of daily life. We do our best to treat them but are seasonally pesky!

Everything was clean however there were lots of spider webs with spiders in the corners. Upstairs there were tons of lady bugs around the air conditioner one day. They cam in through the opening of the window air conditioner because it was not put in tightly. Blinds in master bedroom could not be pulled up.There was no toaster.There was no washing machine. Only dryer.Light above oven was out. We loved the backyard table and chairs and hammock. Loved the decor. loved the ceiling fans in each room. Needed some more kitchen things for cooking. tops for pots. Beautiful neighborhood and view. Very cute.

Very cute, quiet neighborhood. Loved being by the lake and listening to waves. Very comfortable rooms. A smaller house but perfect for what we needed. Appreciated how communicative the host was.

Cozy lake house with stunning views of the sunrise.

Loved our stay at this beautiful lake house. It’s cozy yet spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly. The back yard is perfect for sitting by the water and enjoying the sounds of the waves or spending quality time with the family. There’s plenty of outdoor seating for everyone including a hammock for relaxing. The beds are very comfortable especially the king bed in the master bedroom. Best I’ve experienced so far. The hosts are very responsive and had great recommendations for restaurants. Loved the Arlington and Blue Barn. We will definitely stay again.

Short weekend stay

The house was a nice with enough room for the amount of family I had for the weekend. It just needed a little bit more cleanness. Also needed a little more blankets and sheets. It was very breezy near the water and at times the house got a little chilly. It had what we needed to make a pasta dinner

Beautiful location

This house is such a gem, right on the water and perfect for families. I stayed with my four children (ages ranging from 4 months to 7 years old) for Labor Day weekend and we had the best time, they absolutely loved this property!
