“I was disappointed with the room.It definitely needed a refurbishing since it looked old and tired. The bathroom was particularly disappointing with a great deal of work to bring it to the star rating. The spa too could do with a facelift. The one place that I felt was 5 star was in the dinning room with the chef and the catering manager taking the accolade,overall a lovely place to stay at.”

“Property is in a very quiet, calm, safe place. Service and staff were very helpful and awesome.Great breakfast and dinner. The 2 major cons are the uphill and the distance away from mall road. We booked 2 rooms and one of the room was smaller in size and not a deluxe.”

“There is no parking facility. We stayed in R.N. 15 top floor on 13th June. Rooms are dirty, smelly and filthy. Wash basin in bathroom is broken. No geyser in bathroom which is a basic need in a hill station. They charge Approx. Rs 4000/- per day which is far higher as compare to facilities available.”
