“Fantabulous!!!Thats the only word i can think of for this hotel..When i arrived I was extremely skeptical as the approach of the hotel isn’t good..But once i reached all my apprehensions were put to rest..Yes the hotel is around 25 km from main Dharamshala but OMG the breathtaking view makes it worth it..The rooms are very clean and so are the washrooms..The hospitality was a ten on ten..The staff was polite and thoughtful..A special mention to Madan Vijay and Ravi...We had an issue with our car...

“I was disappointed with the room.It definitely needed a refurbishing since it looked old and tired. The bathroom was particularly disappointing with a great deal of work to bring it to the star rating. The spa too could do with a facelift. The one place that I felt was 5 star was in the dinning room with the chef and the catering manager taking the accolade,overall a lovely place to stay at.”

“Good location, private Ghat, good service. Have stayed earlier and experience has been great always. However I have one suggestion that since many people visit Haridwar due to holding prayers , hotel should look at feasibility of this offering check in time of 15:00 hrs and check out time of 13:00 hours”

Was very pleased overall with this place. My room was 202 a premiere room which was allotted promptly on request since i had initially booked a delux room.
