Unfortunately, the check-in experience was disappointing. I was surprised that my valid U.S. REAL ID driver’s license was not accepted, and the focus seemed to be on what couldn’t be done rather than finding a solution. “The host was wonderful, helpful and friendly. She shared information to supplement our stay. The hotel was extremely clean. The breakfast was fine. The location was great, about 10 minutes walk into Himare. Bit of a steep walk back but we were fine with that. The pool was great for the hot days.”

“Stunning hotel! Definitely a splurge but totally worth it for the view and breakfast and the beautiful room. The late night terrace area is a vibe. My only note is that the hotel charged me again even after I paid via hotels.com (they claimed that I hadn't paid yet), and it was a bit of a hassle to get the refund, but I eventually got it so it all worked out in the end.”

“The welcome from Albi/Alby was appreciated and very friendly. We arrived late and tired after a long journey and he was extremely warm, friendly and helpful. Our room was fairly basic but very clean, had an excellent view and was cleaned every day. We had no iron or ironing board and very few clothes hangers but these were provided on request, no problem at all. “Very nice and spacious apartment with a good layout. Brand new, and very clean. The balcony is fantastic with great views and folds all around the apartment. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and relax. I can highly recommend it. ”
