“It was a lovely stay at the apartment. It had everything we needed and it was clean and tidy when we arrived. We didn't spend a huge amount of time in the apartment but there was enough space for the kids to play.”

Was thanked by owner for leaving property very clean and tidy then after i highlighted issues was accused of leaving dog poo on a bed.
