“Sheets were dirty. No towels. Boiler hatch didn't close in bathroom and boiler didn't work anyway. No WiFi in the room. We were told to go to the second floor and sit in the corridor for WiFi ! Breakfast was very basic. Front desk staff didn't seem bothered. Got moved to another room eventually. But not good. Still no WiFi. Other people we talked to at breakfast were having the same problems. Go somewhere else.”

“The hotel did not honour my booking and I had to try to find another hotel at 10 o’clock at night. They claimed they do not deal with hotels.com and couldn’t locate my booking, even although I had paid in full and had the confirmation paperwork. ‘Disappointing’ does not even come close.”

“Nice property but shame about the room maintenance. The floor was extremely dirty, the shower door/enclosure had no seals for the opening so all the water escaped. Frequent power cuts, including during the night. Overall unpleasant stay. Breakfast was good selection, and very tasty.”
