The room was good and it is a nice and quiet property. There is a couple things I did not like. First, check in starts at 4 pm and at 4:42 we received a call asking when we plan to check in, we were stuck in traffic. I thought this was crazy! Next, you have to turn down the sales pitch. Old southern charm, but with emphasis on the old— our room was as clean as housekeeping could possibly make it, but the carpet had large stains, shower door can’t stay shut, paint on bathroom ceiling and parts of walls cracked and peeling. "After a long drive we were welcomed by a friendly lady who checked us in. The room was just what we needed. The lighting is not so bright in the room but the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was hot and delicious including the coffee. Thanks"
