“The property was good for what we needed it for place to sleep and change. The front desk staff was having a hard time with the computer system finding our reservation even tho I had the printed out papers as well as the on line confirmation. 20 later they got us checked in.
The room was clean but very basic. No blow dryer or coffee pot, towels were minimal for 2 people. The shower control was not grouted in and was hard to regulate water temperature.
Cleaning staff was nice and efficient. Air...

“They need an update. Nice people, but a rusty ring around the bath drain was off-putting, and the toilet paper was so thin as to almost be clear. The biggest pillow on the bed had a wrinkled pillowcase that almost looked like someone had laid on it, and their air-freshener was…weird. Breakfast was fine and like I said, staff was nice.”

We had spiders in our room. We did ask for them to spray.

“The property was okay. It doesn’t feel like a 4-star hotel. The room was fine, check-in was easy. There were a lot of small oversights that could’ve been fixed to elevate the room/stay. For example, the first body towel I used had a tear in it along with 2 hairs (not ours) attached to it, there were scuff marks all over the walls and mirrors that could’ve been touched with paint and the clock in our room was off by a few hours.”

“The staff was excellent and the main hotel was clean and well kept. The first night was the worst experience I have ever had since I have been staying in hotels. Building 2 and 3 are gross. The rooms smell, the bed was sinking, music bellow the rooms till 10:30pm
Those 2 buildings should closed by health department,totally unacceptable.
No cable, no coffee only in the main lobby. The hotel has 3 building. Please please DO NOT STAY in buildings 2 nor 3.”
