“The desk clerk helped us use our phone for airline reservations. The valet programmed our gps for the hospital visit. The bar was easy to get to and we enjoyed nachos and sodas as supper for both nights with a great view. Our trip would have been impossible without your help. Thank you and your friendly staff.”

“The management was great. It was very cold when we were in town the main building lobby and restaurant sient have good heating so they were closed 1 of the days. Other than that, it was a good stay.”

“Uncomfortable room. No clothing storage. Bed was low and night stand only on one side. Air heating and cooling not functioning properly. Phone call for service answered by AI then transferred to phone that no one answers. Check in took about an hour and desk agent was unfriendly. Only 1 office chair to sit on in the room. Very LOW END experience ”

“Room needed touch up on peeling wallpaper, previous bathroom repair around the tub was shoddy. Tub/shower & floor grout need to be cleaned, musty odor (possibly from carpet). Wonderful bed!!! Staff very friendly and helpful!!”

“This hotel was in a good location to top attractions, but I stayed on the old side (south tower) didn’t know that when I booked it’s outdated bathrooms are small, and rooms are old decor, dark rooms was disappointing. Staff was good. ”
