“I stayed there on a Saturday night, after a wedding. Rooms had no AC, was told I would be refunded 50% of my stay and I was never refunded, have been going back and forth for a week. When I asked for a fan, they gave me a desk top fan that barely did anything. If I had time before the wedding to book elsewhere, I would have. My room was 96 degrees.”
