“Lovely stay”

“Friendly staff, clean room, bed felt amazing after a long day! Would definitely stay here again”

“Arrived at noon. The coffee shop was closed. The lobby was packed. Had to wait three hours for room and there were no comfortable chairs or sofas to use while waiting. Only had a cafeteria area with hard cheap chairs. Def not what I’m used to.”

“The outside hot tub was very cold, indoor hot tub was nice but not hot. The room was amazing and it was such an experience. I will definitely be staying here again.”

“The problem was that we booked because of the ability to park our car while we fly on vacation. They told us when we got there that they did not have a shuttle driver till after noon. Not to worry that if we take an uber they would reimburse us. ( they did not). Then when we got back from vacation and called to have the shuttle pick us up. I was told take an uber and they would reimburse us when we got to the hotel. ( they did not). I was told on the phone that their shuttle was supposed...

“This whole building is under renovation right now. Only the second floor is open on April 23rd. The room I stayed in was spacious and perfect. The rest of the building is in total chaos!”

“I was awakened Friday night by very loud drilling and hammering on the wall above my bed. The front desk staff basically said “deal with it/it won’t take long” and the manager called to tell me it was my fault because I checked in a day later than reservation and even though he personally managed my lost reservation on check in, he had no idea anyone was in my room. Windows are dirty, space smelled musty, and the property is generally tired and run-down. When I asked for my wifi password as...

“I really appreciated that the gravy was vegetarian! Breakfast was fairly standard for a hotel, but everything tasted good and the biscuits in particular were really good. The staff at the front desk were very kind and helpful. Air conditioning was excellent, when I adjusted the temperature & fan speed I noticed those changes in the room temperature almost immediately. ”

“When we arrived it was a young boy out in his car playing music really loud but it was still early so I let it be. Walking in the door to check in and the same young boy walked behind to go to the front desk. Come to find out he worked there so he checked me in I went to my room to put my luggage away and the rooms most definitely needs to be remodeled. I left to go get food come back the same young boy was outside standing by the door smoking weed. ”
