The made to order breakfast was very good and I can't say enough good things about the fresh baked cookies and scones. “We had a wonderful stay at the Park Hotel in Clarkdale last weekend. Everything about the room, lobby, check-in process, communication, etc. was excellent. It was all very easy, and the room was very well appointed. The brewery next door was perfect for afternoon refreshments and there was a food truck outside that looked great too. We went on the Verde Canyon Railroad, and this hotel was a perfect location to get there and back quickly and easily. We will definitely stay here again when we are...

“The resort was beyond my expectations. The preview pictures don't do it justice. The condo was huge - two stories, fully supplied kitchen, washer/dryer, large dining/family area, good sized room with two beds and a full bath, and large primary room with walkin shower and tub. While a bit dated, everything was in great condition. The location was fantastic. Beautiful views from the resort. Great location, near shopping and restaurants. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.”

“While the place is comfortable, quiet and cute-the management company is absymal. Failed to send entry codes-didn’t tell cleaning staff we were arriving so they had to clean the whole Casita while we waited. Company said they would work out compensation for the delay in check in availability but never got back to us. Not sure it is worth it.”

“It’s clean and the location is great but when is the last time someone went on site? Lock was missing its cover. Fireplace didn’t work at all. Barely any towels given. It was overall really disappointing. Would not recommend it for the cost. I’d rather just get a hotel room ”

"Check in was a disaster… first room the sofa bed collapse, they offer another room and wasn’t ready, so we move to another one and the key didn’t work! Finally after 3 times we get in. Our first room a part of the bed has a very nice view, and they give us a parking view! To bad for the price! They didn’t made our bed and they know that we are in 4! They didn’t clean the room in 2 days! The location was ok but we love Sedona so we make it! "
