“Suite monolocale 1 letto King al primo piano camera pulita e molto spaziosa con 2 terrazze una per lato, struttura bellissima bella locazione, ottimo punto di vista interno e a un passo da quello esterno, vicino al Mesa Airport dove si trova il Mesa Grill raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti ottimo per colazione, pranzo o cena o anche aperitivo. All'interno della struttura c'è un ristorantino situato all'interno di una roulotte Airstream servono colazione, pranzo e cena con un menù ristretto ma...

“All’arrivo in hotel abbiamo scoperto che eravamo stati trasferiti ad un’altra struttura (senza ben precisare il motivo, nè anticiparci la cosa via telefono/email/altro): il nuovo resort, pur essendo della medesima classificazione, si trova dall’altro lato della città (lontano da dove volevamo stare), manca di svariati servizi e non è nelle stesse condizioni di manutenzione. Avremmo apprezzato un preavviso con magari una proposta di rimborso o la scelta tra 2 strutture!”

“We loved it and well worth the price. The tiny homes are very affordable and clean, it was just what we needed. I will say there was a majority of a whole day where the water was turned off. We didn’t get a heads up on the situation; so we didn’t get showers beforehand. We couldn’t go to the restroom. I reached out and asked if they knew the water was off and there was no reply, which was a bit disappointing, to say the least. Otherwise the whole park was quiet and the place.z’o”

“The pool was great but the hot tub was out of service. The ice machine was down. The location was within walking distance of several food options. Breakfast hours posted were conflicting with the info given at check-in but we made it there in time. There are several large shade trees on the east side of the property and it would be a nice addition if there was a seating area out there.”
