“We thought the staff were so accommodating. Nothing was a problem. We asked to cancel our Japanese breakfast and they applied the cost as a credit toward our dinner meal, which was excellent. Provided an extra pillow and always had fresh towels for the onsen. They also helped with directions to various places we visited. Beautiful view of the river from where you sit in the onsen. Arigatogozaimasu!”

“We had a very good night Sansuikan Kawayu Matsuya. They share hot springs and the restaurant with a nearby hotel. Hot springs are the absolute standout: fantastic! Food is good and plentiful. Our room had a brilliant view. All the rest is okay, although the exterior of the building is not nice.”
