A hotel to try
The hotel had a optimal position. The room and the bathroom were big and had a nice view over the city. The breakfast was varied and abundant. We loved the roof top bar and the pool. The staff was very nice.

The staff is extremely helpful and professional, especially the 2 door men Thanh and Lap, who always take care of my transportation, bring my heavy shopping bags up to my hotel room , and bring down my 3 heavy suitcases downstair for check in. They even asked whether I needed to order food for dinner before leaving at night to airport.

The room was well-appointed and great view from the 12th floor. The breakfast buffet has so much options to offer both international and local dishes. The hotel was walking distance to most of the key places to visit in Ho Chi Minh city.

Centralt hotel og godt udgangspunkt
Dejligt hotel, som ligger lige midt i byen. Rigtig sødt personale, som er meget opmærksomme og gør alt for at hjælpe. Restaurant er ret sterilt, hvor der mangler lidt stemning. Vi boede på 9. sal og der var stadig en del larm fra gaden, men dog ikke på nogen måde overvældende.

I’ve been staying at Liberty Central Citypoint for a few years now, both pre and post-pandemic, and I was disappointed to see how wear and high volume is taking its toll on the property. The staff are awesome, efficient and friendly, but the rooms and common spaces are tired. The doona was too small for the two king singles that has been pushed together to make a king bed, the bathroom didn’t smell clean, the carpet outside the lifts was stained, the laminate floors in the rooms damaged, and the windows filthy with dirty drips. The breakfast in the executive lounge was limited, and while the staff were eager to collect food from the restaurant and bring it to the executive lounge, the lack of choice didn’t justify the expense of access. And the e-keys needed to be recut every time we tried to access our level, a process because the lifts are slow to respond after being called. The location is perfect, literally in the heart of D1, and the views unbeatable. I consider myself a loyal and regular guest, but will probably look elsewhere the next time I’m in Saigon.

Very comfortable stay with all the appropriate amenities. Staff were friendly, breakfast was the best I’ve had while staying in Vietnam.

Everything about this hotel is excellent. The room was beautiful (and SO CLEAN), staff was wonderful to us, the food in the executive lounge and buffet were delicious, and the coffee was amazing. The location was perfect. There is so much fun stuff to do and see around there. I cannot wait to go back.
