At check in they informed us that our room was not available until January 17 when our original booking was from January 13-23. We had been given a room to use for the next few days until the original booked room was ready.
The first room we were given had dirty sheets (stains all over it), mold in the shower and blow dryer did not work.
The second room we got was the same room just a different layout. The beddings were old, bed was dirty, gave us one singular towel to use for the entire stay and when we requested for more towels we had to pay extra for them. The towels that they had provided were also shredding at ends.
We ended up just buying our own.
They had provided us with one key card for the elevator so every time my husband and I went on different trips on the day off one of ha had to ask the security/reception to let us go up the building.
There’s definitely much better places to stay in HCMC with better service.
I would not recommend this place at all.
