Very rude and cold staffs.. not even a greeting when i got at the hotel. Just took our passport and kept them without telling us why.. took 1 min for check in. Didnt even explaned to us about the breakfast.. you would expect more for a high quality hotel but not this one. Breakfast was digusting ...
