Our stay at Tam Coc Luxury Hotel was excellent. Staff are very helpful and during a blackout the staff still did their best to provide a full breakfast buffet. Rooms were clean and spacious.

The property was central with good facilities including a swimming pool. The breakfast was good & the staff great, especially Michael who helped us a couple of times. Only complaint was poor wi-fi which did was slow & did not cover the entire room. The TV also didn’t work properly

Belle chambre, spacieuse, au calme. Accueil énergique (!) mais efficace, possibilité de service de nettoyage de linge mais il y a aussi des laundry juste à côté dans la rue, avec des machines. Bon petit déjeuner. Proche du centre et du départ des promenades en barque.

Their pho so good. Freshly made. The Vietnamese cafe good too. Most impressive is the staff who are so attentive and cheerful. Even better than many luxury chain hotels.

Celiac friendly

We booked this hotel a number of times as we really like it. The front desk, bar and breakfast staff did a great job to accommodate and learn about celiac disease medical food restrictions. The new rooms by the pool are spotless and lovely. Great walkable location.

What a gem of a hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights and would have loved to stay longer. The room was large and very clean. Everything from dressers to towels were jist like new. The pool was great for a quick dip and the breakfast buffet has many things to choose from. Location is perfect for walking to numerous restaurants and some of Tam Cocs touristsites as wel Best part of this hotel is it's staff. Our check in and check out was quick and the staff are very professional. The chefs in the morning were kind and made good pho and omelets. The staff taking care of the garden and pool area were always cleaning and making sure the area looked its best. Spe ial shout out to the young gentleman that helped us vook our transfer to Hanoi then went out of his way to answer some questions after we left the hotel and didn't understand the procee the company was using. Highly recommend you stay here if you visit Tam Coc.

Room was large and very clean. In fact, I think that was the largest king bed I’ve ever slept on. Location is right in Tam Coc but on a quiet street. Everyone is friendly. The only negative thing is there is no safe to secure your belongings. Breakfast is decent. I would definitely stay again. Great value for sure!

Beautiful location; great staff; celiac friendly

Phan Loc and all the staff in the bar, reception and restaurant were gracious and welcoming. They worked hard to ensure the celiac in our group had safe gluten free food at breakfast and dinner and they even modified bar drinks to ensure they were celiac safe. The location is convenient and safe. It is nice that they have chefs cooking up omelette and egg dishes to order each morning. The newer poolside room we stayed in was beautiful and spotless. The housekeepers do a great job. We look forward to staying at this hotel again. We extended our stay a few times because we liked it so much.

I stayed in the new section of the hotel in a deluxe quadruple room. The room was big and spacious and breakfast was a bonus. I usually stay at 5 star large branded hotels, so I was a little apprehensive booking a boutique style hotel even though the reviews were great, however after I arrived, it did not disappoint. I was so impressed by their friendliness, service and value for money. The location is so central and convenient and in walking distance to shops, restaurants and literally a 2min walk to tam coc boats / waterfront. I had to check out really early before 6am and asked before hand if they could prepare some takeaway boxes. They did up 5 fruit boxes and simple boiled eggs bacon, sausages and slices of bread which the kids enjoyed. I really appreciated them doing this because there wasn’t really anything to eat at the airport at Thanh Hoa. It really is in the perfect spot and I would return in a heart beat. The guys at the front were roasting some yam, potato’s and corns in the evening and my husband stayed after ordering a drink and sat with them outside enjoying they company, they even gave him some bbq corn to give the kids. We had an awesome stay!!
