“The property is just as described and pictured, and everything was in working order. The Owner is very quick to respond to any communication. Less than 10 min. to Bellaire Mountain, and with a fireplace, would make a nice cabin for winter weekend ski getaways. It is small... We were 2 adults and one child--- adults took the bedroom and the child on the futon in the living room. 2 Adults and 2 children would probably max the space; although more could fit it might not be very comfortable....

“Overall our stay was fantastic. 100 acres, trails, the ponds. I think the dogs had the most fun! Living in the Green Mts. of Vermont I'm not easily impressed by natural beauty, but the drive there and views from the deck were top notch! AND!!! It's not mentioned in the description, but wild raspberries and blackberries abound, practically steps from the door. We were there July 30-Aug 1, and we easily picked 2 pints. Already looking forward to going back next summer.”

“Everything it’s described to be; quiet, private, well equipped, comfortably furnished. Cooking, grilling steaks, relaxing on the porch, enjoying coffee in the morning, building a fire in the fireplace in the evening, listening to the sound of a rushing stream below, really all we hoped for. “This cute, comfortable cottage is a great home base to explore the Catskills in all directions. While we did not cook on this trip, the kitchen is well stocked with kitchen ware. The washer/dryer was a great help to refresh clothes for flying home. ”
