"This was our second visit to the hotel. We went first in August 2024 and enjoyed it and the area so much we decided to return. Unfortunately service has deteriorated. When we had a problem, reception did not answer the phone, nor did room service. We were limited to ringing the hotel main telephone ..."

"The room was cleaned, bins emptied but dirty cups and glasses left. The toilet roll is the thinness I have ever experienced. And no possibility for the guest to leave a clean toilet if necessary. Wouldn’t recommend it."
