“Stayed in the motel queen room for one night… that’s the good part. Gena’s is good for one night given the location and the restaurant that serves excellent food. You need to be patient and quite sporty regarding the room. Everything is quite old and we found a wad of hair in the sheets, the bathroom is tiny and the toilet felt unstable when sitting on it. We asked for a hair dryer and the staff simply replied “no”. It’s an experience for one night, I don’t recommend for longer stays.”

“Personale gentile, hotel carino all'interno del Kings Canyon. Al check in ti propongono di rinunciare al rifacimento giornaliero della camera (in termini di sostituzione giornaliera di lenzuola e asciungamani) a fini ambientali. Al termine della vacanza mi hanno dato per questo un portachiavi in omaggio. Il Wifi purtroppo funziona poco e solo nell'ingresso dell'hotel, nonostante tra i servizi ci sia scritto WiFi in camera. ”

“We can’t say enough good things about this cozy little place. We had the cabin next to the adorable little library. The room was clean and warm when we arrived. Joseph was the person who lives on property and he was wonderful! He helped us get checked in the first night and gave us some pointers for our trip the next day to Sequoia NP. We loved how quiet the property was and enjoyed our morning coffee out walking the resort. We would highly recommend this little cabin nestled in the woods! ”

“My husband and I stayed here for a quite get away. The roads are very curvy and it is very secluded, but it is close to the Sequoia National Park which we visited also. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will reserve again if we are in that area!!! Five stars all the way!!”

“This was a fun way to stay close to Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park. You have to understand you are staying in an RV, not a hotel room. With that understood, it was wonderful. “The house and yard are very cute and the location is great. The layout is interesting (go through one bedroom to get to another) but it’s an old house and was still charming. The house was clean and comfortable. Would be a great place in the warner season where you could really enjoy the outside spaces. That said, it was the poorest stocked house we’ve rented. No washcloths, no hand towels in the bathrooms, no hand soap (just a couple motel style shampoo bottles), no oven mitts to get hot things...
