“This was one of our favourite hotel stays ever! Beautiful wood panelled lodge set into the hills of the Black Forest. The room was spotless and the food at dinner and breakfast was faultless too. The service was friendly throughout. The view from the beer garden alone is worth coming for. 10/10 P.s. It’s a personal preference thing but I like to have two pillows. There was only one in the room so do ask at the desk if you prefer two”

“The hotel is perfectly located at the top of the town, just a few minutes’ walk from the Black Forest hiking trail. The rooms offer beautiful views of the surrounding greenery. The owner, Ingolf, truly cares about sustainability and has decorated the hotel with this in mind, while still staying true to its original character. “Muy buen hotel para pasar la noche en nuestro Road trip. Está en plena carretera y lo elegimos como opción de paso en nuestro recorrido por la Selva Negra. Estaba limpio, lindo y el personal fue amable. El desayuno muy bueno con un costo adicional de €7 por persona. ”
