“初めて利用させていただきました。 まず、私の理解不足から何度か施設の方に問い合わせすることがありましたが、すぐに対応していただけたことはとても助かりましたし、安心して利用することができました。 チェックインや駐車場に対してはスタッフ不在ですが、事前にアナウンスがあったので、難なく対応できました。 部屋のキーロックは少しコツがいるようです。 早朝、温泉を利用した際にキーロックが反応せず困りました。幸い部屋にいた家族に開けてもらえたので助かりました。 私的にとても助かったのが、お部屋に洗濯機や一通りの調理器具等があることです。 今回は競技の遠征で利用しましたが、朝早い出発でしたが、暖かい朝食も取ることができました。 部屋も温泉も掃除が行き届いていて清潔です。 とても快適に過ごすことができました。 また利用させていただきます。”

“ホテルは古さあるものの部屋の清掃は隅々まで行き届いており、洗面台やトイレはとても綺麗で、よくあるお風呂の浴槽、風呂桶、椅子、設置されてたボディソープ、シャンプー、リンスのボトル表面にもザラザラ感は一切無く徹底的に清掃されてると思います⭐︎ また、夏でホテル周辺は木々が多いため害虫対策の説明書きやスプレーなども置かれており細部まで気遣いを感じ取れました。 フロントには日本語も話せる2名の外国人女性スタッフがおり些細な事でも気遣いして下さり出入りの際には常に自席から立ち上がり素敵な笑顔で送り出してくれる等私には申し分の無いホテルで静かな時間（とき）を過ごす事が出来ました。 欲言うとトイレに消臭スプレーが欲しかったかな…笑 最後にこの口コミを参考に是非一度足を運んでみて頂ければ金湯亭さんの良さが分かって貰えるかと思います⭐︎”
