Accommodation description:
Located right on the slopes, this Chalet gives you the ultimate holiday feeling. Ski in - ski out! The plot is a whopping 2500 m2. Lots of space which also ensures plenty of privacy. Around the house are lovely terraces where you can always find a spot in the shade or in the sun. Inside, enjoy the spacious living room with its cosy fireplace. Beautiful light from the many windows offers a wonderful panoramic view of the surrounding mountain landscape. And then there is also a sauna
The sauna with bathroom is on the ground floor while upstairs a spacious large bathroom with a large bathtub equipped with hydromassage jets can be found. From here you have a beautiful view of the mountains while lying in the bath.
All amenities such as restaurants, shops, bank etc. are within a 5-minute walk.
During the summer, the chalet is an ideal starting point for hiking, mountain biking, swimming, and fishing. During the winter, Styria turns into the white heart of Austria with beautiful ski resorts in the area, and even the Hohentauern ski area on your doorstep and the cross-country ski trail just minutes away. Skiing, of course, but also cross-country skiing, tobogganing, and hiking are among the immediate possibilities.

In every season, the chalet and its surroundings offer you the opportunity to enjoy an active and relaxing holiday. In the Summer Styria is especially known for the many mountain lakes, and thermal baths in the beautiful mountain massif Rottenmanner- and Triebenertauern that provide plenty of challenges for hikers and mountain bikers.

When booking, you will receive a tourist card, the 'Hohentauern Card' with information on all activities throughout the year, as well as applicable discounts and special offers. All activities and discounts can also be found in the 'Gastfreund-app Hohentaurn'
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
Hohentauern Card is included with stay from January to December
