“Vi havde bestilt og betalt for en upgrade til et større og mere luksuriøs værelse. Vi fik dog kun et standardværelse, og føler os snydt. Der var ingen personale der kunne hjælpe os, så øv. Den digitale lås til både hoveddør og værelse fungerede fint, kunne tænke mig flere hoteller ville gøre det samme så man slipper for at bære rundt på en tung nøgle, eller et nøglekort.”
