The facility wows you with a deceiving outlook of what’s to come for property: big pool, multiple restaurants, etc; however here are three area for improvement:
1. Disorganized system leaves staff on pressure for low customer service. Taipei based with Vietnamese workers= miscommunication & as result, no organized lines, waiting for long time everywhere & on site staff is more busy cleaning than servicing
2. Rooms are dated: house keeping is ‘interesting’ cleaning your room 2X a day (even if do not disturb sign is present) & yet the room itself is industrial with nothing modern
3. Greeters of restaurant do not know enough English
As a result, communication getting lost in translation between staff, patrons & management causes an invisible friction of things not being done or things unable to be complete- thus, my rating is 3 stars out of 5 (& that is being generous as 2 workers carried the weight to make me smile).
