“Really smooth and easy check-in. Clean and nicely equipped room, good bed, lovely surroundings. Didn’t have our own shower which wasn’t clear when we booked but it worked out ok in the end - showers (two shared showers) were nice and clean and we didn’t have any problems getting access. And we did have our own toilet. Really nice breakfast which even included freshly made waffles with whipped cream and jam. Nice little shop there as well. “Room view was amazing (because I bought a lake view room), but the staff at the reception was very unpleasant, I had to ask every single info when I arrived at the check in and also everytime I needed the staff help, they answered in a very unpleasant way. Not possible to charge anything on the room, but I had to pay right away every single service I had (dinner at hotel restaurant, meeting room reservation). The breakfast was good.”
