Our condo rental is situated on the top floor of a condo complex with amazing ocean and sunset views from the balcony. The property has private security, and elevators, and is in a quiet location. In addition, there is a reception area/lounge area. Absolutely NO Smoking, Vaping, or E-Cigarettes in the condo or complex.

About our condo...Internet and Wi-Fi are on the property - Channels available for US, Canada, UK and more. The rental space also has access to your private sun balcony. There is a coin-operated laundromat on the 3rd floor. Amenities include air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. All rooms have ceiling fans, including the balcony. In addition, because of the position of the apartment and its position on the top floor, you can achieve a thorough flow of air at nighttime if you leave the top window open in the bedroom or bathroom.
