The beach is truly steps away—about a 1 minute walk behind the property brings you straight to the calm Caribbean Sea. There are two snorkeling reefs right off the beach and also the Folkestone Marine reserve nearby. Swim, snorkel, enjoy water sports, or relax at Kirt’s Beach Bar with one of the island’s best fish cutters.

One of the biggest advantages of this property is its walkability. You’re just minutes from Limegrove Lifestyle Centre, as well as Holetown’s best restaurants, bars, and the lively 1st and 2nd Street area. Inside the complex, it’s peaceful and quiet—yet everything you need is right nearby.
