“Such an amazing stay. Check in was easy and super friendly. Great communication and WiFi was great. Loved our room and the fresh milk
For my coffee in my room was a bonus. Didn’t have breakfast but looked amazing and did not need to use car park but there looked like plenty of spaces which is rare in York. Loved this place and will definitely come back”

“A lovely inn situated in a peaceful village but very handy for visiting the attractions within York and the North Yorkshire National park.
The staff were very welcoming and friendly and our room was very clean and comfortable. We can recommend the food and drinks on offer in the air conditioned restaurant, both on the evening we stayed and for breakfast the following day. Top marks.”

“Very nice staff, very clean room, nice clean bathroom nice shower over the bath plenty of hot water good water pressure, 2 small bottles of shampoo and body wash and a small bar of soap towels provided. Nice room with desk and chairs the bed was comfortable. Not enough power points to charge your phone/laptop/watch no USB points especially difficult if two people have items to charge at the same time maybe bring an extension lead/plug. Car parking is charged and expensive especially if staying...
