“The hotel stay was overall okay, but not a place I would personally return to. The room was acceptable, and the staff was generally decent and accommodating.
The meals were fair in taste and presentation, but the food options did not feel very healthy or balanced. Adding healthier meal choices would greatly improve the guest experience.

“I've been visiting this resort for over 20 years and love it so much! There were a few things I noticed during this visit though, that I was a little disappointed with. Front desk and spa desk staff all pretty much had a bad attitude. The bartenders and valet guys were great, however! And things (room, shower, deck, pool deck, and pool) in general felt dirty or unkept. The food was fantastic. We ate at both the pool and the restaurant near the front of the resort.”

“My sheets smelled like a musty, man. The toilet was loose . I could not get it taking care of unless I was in the room. I should not need to be there for the room to be cleaned or for the toilet to be fixed. Very loud people staying there the room needs noise consolidation windows. The beds were very comfortable. “The staff was short and when I tried to check out, the guy just stood in front of me and played on his phone, then answered his cell phone using his ai glasses and proceeded to ignore me until I said, should I just leave the keys here? Then he decided to help me check out! He was apparently the manager on duty so this is extremely sad! The room was dingy, the door to the bathroom was falling apart and our feet were black just walking from shower to the bed to get dressed! It was gross!!! ”
