“We had a late start, thus a very late check-in - contacted the hotel via email and they acknowledged the change quickly. Once there, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Although an older hotel, it was well maintained and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. ”

The view of the Buffalo River could be seen throughout the house. Loved the vibe! The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The access to the river was difficult with VERY steep stairs that would be impassable by most prople. Definitely don’t consider this to have reasonable “river access”. We are “active” people and we wouldn’t consider...

The only thing I don't like is a train track is nearby & I hear it sometimes passing when sleeping in the daytime. I highly recommend this hotel if you trying to save money.”
