“I wanna start by saying that the staff was absolutely incredible! They were nice, accommodating, and very professional! However,We’ve stayed at many Hyatt hotels in various areas and this particular one was by far the worst. We were unaware that one of the Elevators was not in working service and they were doing some sprinkler piping repairs, which made the smell unbearable on that particular floor. The staff was exceptionally nice. They did move us to another floor. Unfortunately, we saw...

“Stanza e struttura con moquette, vecchiotta. Odore non gradevole in stanza. Molto gentili Colazione sufficiente: waffle (che ognuno si deve fare), yogurt, formaggio confezionato, cereali, omelette e salsiccia, muffin. Pane testator, marmellate e frutta.”

“I only stayed over night. But I don't think I will come back because of their breakfast rules. I have to dogs that I travel with. And don't like the idea that we can't have breakfast in our room. So I had to spend more money for breakfast. It makes it easier for us to eat in our room because we have our dogs ”
