Hotel vicino a Hollis Gardens - Lakeland

“We booked the best suite in the hotel—a lake-view room. Between the bedroom and the bathroom, the ceiling tiles were damaged. The AC was extremely loud, like a helicopter landing each time it started. The bedsheets and pillows smelled moldy. Thankfully it was just one night, but I won’t stay in Lakeland again. “The room itself smelled like stale smoke, HOWEVER, the view was amazing! We were assigned a room on the lake and it was so lovely. The lake was full of more birds than I had ever seen (egrets, ibises, heron, ducks). The front desk professional was nice and helpful. The room was large. For a cheap hotel, we got our money's worth. If not for the lake and birds, I would have probably thought that it was a kinda crappy hotel but cheap for the price. The stunning scenery made it 5 stars...

“Overall experience was okay, my biggest concern or complaint was that there was no shower gel or lotion. I had to provide my own. Luckily there were nearby stores to buy those things. But I couldn’t believe the hotel was completely out. I thought it wasn’t in my room because staff forgot, only to go downstairs to be told there wasn’t any. I was offered shampoo. That’s something I’ve never used to shower. Other than that everything else was fine.”

“It was great for the one night I was there. Right next to a big mall with lots of restaurants and a movie theater. Room was great and the helpful front desk staff were very friendly. I didn’t love the smell of the room. Not smoky, just didn’t like the smell of the cleanser. It was too strong. Other than that it was a perfect day.”

“Stanza e struttura con moquette, vecchiotta. Odore non gradevole in stanza. Molto gentili Colazione sufficiente: waffle (che ognuno si deve fare), yogurt, formaggio confezionato, cereali, omelette e salsiccia, muffin. Pane testator, marmellate e frutta.”

“Very clean room.Wonderful staff. Old fashion vending machines that worked really good. Pool was nice and cozy and the surroundings of the pool was very pristine 💖. The only thing I could say was wrong was a water pressure in the shower. And yes you're close by the road so you have to hear some noise.”

“The room was quiet and we did sleep well on the king bed but I guess you really do “get what you pay for”. Amenities included 3 small tubes of shower gel; there was no coffee maker or hairdryer .The shower floor was extremely slippery. There was no bath mat & my husband fell. The towel were thin & rough. It was a bare bones kind of room but served the purpose for a short 2 night stay.”
