Property is fantastic. The view of and access to the late was really nice. Very clean and well laid out property. Very easy communication with the host and very responsive.Tons of room for our entire family. Kids loved the game room and space for them on the lower level while the main living area, kitchen, dining and 2 other bedrooms upstairs. Would absolutely go back again and would very highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and well stocked. The neighborhood amenities were nice as well as proximity to all of the things we did. The unit had several maintenance issues that needed to be taken but overall our stay was ok.

First thing that you need to know is that this is not a Brand New unit. That is very misleading since it definitely shows its age with holes in the walls, loose banisters and missing toilet paper holder. Although it did accommodate our family of 11.You also need to be aware that maintenance and cleanliness was a little lacking. The washer didn't work. There was no advance notification or physical note left when we arrived. I had to call for immediate repairs.;Some of the light strings on the upper deck do not work.;Insect problem-Spiders all over the upper deck and dead scorpion found in the lower level game room.;There are screws standing up on the upper deck so wearing shoes is essential.;There was vomit on the upper deck that staff had to come and clean up.;Pocket door on the Bunkroom does not close and many of the other doors stick badly.;Propane tank for the grill ran out of fuel.;Be careful the manhole covers in the yard are not secure. One of my grandsons put his leg into the hole and got pretty scratched up (The house owner said that was a resort problem - Branson Cove). Comfort level was very minimal. Two bedrooms have no dressers so we had to live out of our suitcases all week.; Most of the chairs are hard plastic stacking chairs.;the couches are very low to the ground and not easy to get out of (take into account that 2 of the family are in their 70s). It was an adequate stay but I was hoping for more comfort and l little less drama.

Family getaway

We chose this place as a getaway for our extended family to meet up. The location was great! Everyone had an extremely comfortable place to sleep…loved the king beds, so comfy. It was nice to have our own bathrooms for each room. The younger kids loved the downstairs games and arcades. Unfortunately, the weather was a little cool and rainy so we spent a lot more time at the house than we originally planned. We thought we could use a bigger grill and more pans or a griddle of some sort for the large group we had. Our washer didn’t work, but they did send someone out to look at it. They had to order parts, so we had to spend some time at the laundry mat as part of our group was continuing on for another week of vacation. They did reimburse us for the laundry bill.

Great for Large Group

Pretty property with lots of room for large family/group. Lower level bedrooms and living area perfect for kids/teens. Nice pool and amenities.

Great place for families!!

My family enjoyed our stay here! We enjoy the hot tub and community pools. The outdoor pool was usually pretty busy but the indoor pool was quieter which we enjoyed. We also enjoyed the arcade games and foosball table.

Comfortable Home -

House fit or 8 person family very well. Had to drive 15min+ to about anything (groceries , restaurants, gas, activities) we wanted to do. Indoor and outdoor pools were nice but lots of people. Some doors squeezed. BBQ needed to be cleaned - had grease fire. Spiders downstairs. Wasp nest on the deck. Nice view from deck. Plenty of utensils but no/ minimal extras( only salt & pepper). Water had a bad taste. Nice Spa. Very easy check-in/out. Couldn’t figure out how to play arcade games. Pool table was great. Heat and air worked great. Easy parking. Had a great time.

Great house!

This house was plenty roomy for our family! We had a great stay. My family enjoyed the indoor pool, pickle ball, and the playground. Great communication with the property managers. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place

The house is fabulous and met all our needs for a large group of family (siblings, aunts, uncles and cousins) all in Branson for a baseball tournament at ball parks of America. We were initially disappointed with the lack of direct access to the lake, but then realized that direct access to table rock is rare. There is a path to a small clearing on the lake, but you have to drive to one of the local beaches for actual lake swimming access (unless you have a boat and then the marina is very convenient). The pool area needs some updated furniture and desperately needs a few tables and shade structures. Otherwise, this place is PERFECT!

An awesome experience!

For those seeking tranquil relaxation on a hill overlooking the great Ozark Mountains, you would be more than satisfied selecting this home. All of the amenities are provided. The property was very CLEAN and the property management accommodating. We enjoyed reconnecting with family as we enjoyed the gameroom downstairs or watching a movie on Netflix in the living room. A short distance to all of the local attractions making this a perfect location. The beds were super comfy and all the linens were in great condition. You will not be disappointed!

Beautiful House and Excellent Location

There is plenty of room for any occasion. The arcade games are a nice touch. We really enjoyed the hot tub and will definitely be checking this place out again if we come back.

Amazing House

Everyone had a blast, Loved the view and outdoor patio, Was a bit difficult to find at first but worth it. We did have issues with the water heater at the property but reached out to them and they worked with us to get us taken care of!

Convenient with a great view!

Perfect place for a large group. Clean with great decor. The setting is beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and deck. Quiet little neighborhood with great amenities. We will definitely return.
