The Space:

Step inside and be immediately captivated by the open concept living, kitchen, and dining area, highlighted by soaring high ceilings that fill the space with light. The living room features two cozy couches and a smart TV mounted above a decorative fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. A charming sitting area for two near the stairs complements the elegant dining table that seats ten. The sleek kitchen boasts black countertops, stainless steel appliances, and counter seating for four, along with a dedicated coffee station with a Keurig and drip combo adjacent to a high-top table for four. Sliding doors open to the upper-level deck, where a grill, bench-style dining table, and comfortable seating offer breathtaking lake and mountain views.



Venture downstairs to the lower-level den, where a wet bar, high-top table for four, sectional, and TV above another decorative fireplace create an inviting space for entertainment. Step outside onto the lower-level patio to find a private hot tub, firepit, and ample seating—perfect for unwinding under the stars. THINGS TO NOTE:

• This home is a walk-up unit with 4 steps required to reach the main entrance.

• Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for 4 vehicles.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Not pet friendly

• This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security camera, located to the right of the front door and actively monitoring the external entry area.

• Portable crib available.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

This enviable location also puts you within 15 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
